We enjoyed an evening at the casino (we did not win, but that’s part of gambling) we retired to our room for the evening and showered and went to climb in bed and one of the pillows on our nice “clean” room with a made bed had blood on it. We used to love coming to Downstream, however we recently had a very negative experience that cannot go unnoticed. I personally and politely asked at the front desk for the hotel management to contact me about these issues, but no contact whatsoever. Additionally there was a loud jolting sound, occurring inside the A/C return vent in the bedroom wall, which caused you to literally jump every time it occurred thru the night at about twenty minute intervals. I’ve never encountered a picture this weird in a hotel room anywhere in the world and most certainly not in a bedroom. A HIGHLY unusual and unsightly large picture picture was hanging on the wall right by the king bed of a mother & three children. The room was large, had a nice bathroom, reasonably clean, but not immaculate. My stay had two very interesting observations or are they really bad quirks? I paid full rack rate and was told hotel was full.
